What wax do you use?

All of our wax melts are made from soy wax.

Are your wax melts vegan friendly?

Yes. All of our wax melts are completely vegan friendly and are not tested on animals either.

Can I collect my order?

If you're in Sussex and are interested in collecting your order so that you avoid the shipping fee, please use the contact form for further details

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched and a further 3 working days for your order to be delivered. We will of course try our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please allow additional time for custom orders or items on backorder.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only have UK shipping available on the website. However, if you need your order shipped to another part of the world, please use the contact form for a quote regarding the shipping fee.

How do I place a custom order?
